Happy Patriot Celebrations! Ok, it doesn’t sound as good in English. We’re celebrating independence day here in Peru and boy are they patriotic. It’s such a special experience to celebrate with a people what makes them “them”. And you know how am I, I like to throw myself into things 110%… so here I am, as Peruvian as I can be. I put up a flag in my window already, went to a flag raising ceremony and this evening I plan on celebrating in Lima!
